  • Site accessibility and preparation

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if:

  • Site conditions differ from initial assessment
  • Additional work is requested by the customer
  • Unforeseen obstacles are discovered during the project
  • Material costs change significantly

Any changes to the original estimate will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Typically:

  • A deposit may be required to schedule work
  • Progress payments may be required for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon project completion

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms are included in each project contract. Warranties typically do not cover:

  • Normal wear and weathering
  • Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
  • Damage from external factors (vehicles, chemicals, etc.)
  • Minor surface cracking (hairline cracks are normal in concrete)
